Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock. Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. Le logement de Gabriel est bien équipé, propre et confortable. Gabriel est extrêmement disponible et réactif. Le logement est idéalement localisé pour visiter Philadelphie. La place de parking avec le logement est très pratique.

This location is great in terms of walkability. We could park our car in the included parking spot and didn't need to get back in it until it was time to go home. The historical part of Philadelphia is easy to get to - my family is a walking family, though. I imagine that if we brought our parents we might run into trouble.

Adorable place - super clean and host was always very responsive, friendly, and quick to help with any questions! Perfect for a quick trip to Philly - a few minutes from all the best places in Fishtown. Off street parking was a life-saver!

Location was perfect for walkability to good food and easy access to to historical sites. Gabriel was super quick at communication, provided a great guide book before check in of things to do, and the condo itself was cozy with everything our family needed to enjoy our stay. I’m very thankful a parking spot was included as well!

This place is perfect for families planning to visit Philadelphia. The place had everything a family could need, especially if you're traveling with small children. It was just the right distance to all the attractions, about 10 minute drive ro downtown area and all the sights. We couldn't seem to find many walkable areas for food or snacks, but we had a car so it was easy to get things and bring them back. The place is identical to the photos and has everything you'll need. We would stay here again. Gabriel was very responsive and sent very detailed messages on everything.

We had a great stay at Gabriel’s place. The unit was perfect for our family for a short stay. It was very convenient that Gabriel had baby friendly items such as a high chair, and baby bath (we used both!). The weather was good so my mum and I sat outside in the little courtyard and had a glass of wine. The beds very very comfortable! The parking spot was very convenient for us as we had a baby and my parents with us and were just there for a short stay. Thank you!

My family enjoyed our stay at Gabriel’s place. Gabriel was very easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and as shown in the pictures. It was very nice having a dedicated parking spot and not having to worry about finding street parking. Gabriel has been very thoughtful in equipping this unit for all types of renters, including families traveling with children. We were in town on days where the temperature wash pushing 100° and the AC was nice and cold inside the unit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, will stay again when in the area.
